Every product at 28 Degrees is meticulously crafted to order. We kindly ask for an estimated time of 3-5 working days for production before dispatch. This production timeframe commences on the working day following your order placement.

Accuracy of Shipping Information:

It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of ALL shipping information during the checkout process. Although we strive to accommodate changes, providing an incorrect shipping address may result in non-delivery. In such cases, a refund will not be applicable if items go missing in transit. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a new shipment fee will be applied to cover reshipping costs.

 

Internal Parcel Tracking:

At 28 Degrees, we have the capability to internally track all parcels. If your parcel has not arrived by the 7th working day from your shipment notification, please notify us promptly, and we will expedite assistance in locating your parcel.
