Our candles have been thoroughly tested to ensure the right wick, wax and fragrance combination is used to create the highest quality of candle. However a candle can be influenced by many different variables so if you find your candle is not burning to its full potential, below are tips and tricks to try...

TUNNELING

1) You can try scrapping the edges of unmelted wax

2) Wrap a piece of aluminium foil around the top of the candle making sure the edges of unmelted wax and covered with the foil

FLAME ISSUES

1) Make sure there is no draft

2) If the flame is extinguishing itself, make sure the wick is trimmed to removed all charred bits. 

SOOTY AND SMOKEY BURN

1) Ensure there is no draft

2) Make sure the wick is trimmed

3) Make sure there is no debris in the melted pool of wax
