What are our products made from?
Coconut wax is a natural non-toxic alternative to Paraffin wax which is commonly used by big brands and high street stores. Unlike Paraffin wax, coconut wax is clean burning and produces no toxins when burning. Coconut wax is a natural vegetable wax, vegan friendly and biodegradable. We add no additives to our wax.
All our products are all hand poured in Hertfordshire, England. We source our materials responsibly, which sometimes does not mean the cheapest. We use British owned companies for the majority of our supplies.
All materials and processes relating to 28º is Cruelty Free.
Packaging
Our packaging is sourced from companies that use recycled materials and or the packaging itself is recyclable.
We try to recycle postage boxes and materials where we can. So your package may be received in a pre-loved box and materials.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
First burn: Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted to the edges — this prevents tunnelling and extends burn life. This typically takes 2–3 hours for the first burn.
Wick care: Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn using scissors or a wick trimmer. A long wick causes smoking and uneven burn.
Burn time: Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
Safety: Never leave burning unattended. Keep away from draughts, children, and pets. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains.
